About the RemigoOne

RemigoOne is a compact electric outboard built around a sealed, rudder-shaped aluminium body. The motor, controller and 1.085 kWh lithium-ion battery are integrated into the 12 kg main unit, while a separate 2.5 kg bracket can remain on the transom when the motor is carried ashore. The shape continues to act as a rudder when propulsion is off, which is useful on a tender or small sailboat. Remigo rates the original model at 1,000 watts input, 30 kg of static thrust and a 3 hp petrol-outboard equivalence. Controls are deliberately simple, using two buttons on the top of the unit; an optional remote is also listed. One adjustable shaft covers roughly short through extra-long installations, reducing the need to choose a fixed shaft model. The original RemigoOne now sits beside newer Neo and Go variants, so buyers should check the name and connector generation carefully.

Performance in Context

Remigo's current guidance for the original model is roughly one hour and five nautical miles at full speed, about four hours and 14 nautical miles near a 3-knot cruise, and longer economy operation in favourable conditions. These are examples, not guarantees. Inflatable versus hard hull, displacement, wind, waves and steering corrections all affect consumption. The 1 kW original does not have the 1.5 kW boost mode fitted to newer RemigoOne Neo and Go models.

Battery and Charging

The integrated 36-volt, 1,085 Wh battery charges in about six hours from the included 100-to-240-volt AC charger. An optional fast charger reduces that to about three hours, while the optional 12-to-24-volt DC charger takes roughly 10 to 12 hours and can be useful aboard a cruising boat. The original battery is not designed to be swapped in the field, so turnaround depends on access to charging.

Availability and Pricing

Remigo continues to document the original RemigoOne, but the company's range now includes newer Neo and Go versions. Availability and price vary by market, and the old €2,900 directory price has been removed because it is not shown as a current universal manufacturer price. Buyers should confirm whether an offer is for the original 1 kW model, the one-minute-boost Neo, or the continuous-boost Go.
