About the Taiga Orca P2
Best For
- Solo or two-person performance riding
- Owners with access to automotive-style charging
- Connected rental or family use benefiting from speed and geofence controls
Performance in Context
Taiga quotes up to two hours of stop-and-go play time and about one hour 20 minutes when cruising at 30 km/h. These time figures replace the previous unsupported 45 km range and 104 km/h entry. Riding style, water conditions, temperature and passenger weight affect endurance. The current product page does not publish a top-speed number, so the listing no longer presents the prior generation's maximum as a P2 specification.
Battery and Charging
For 2026, Taiga says Orca models include CCS1 fast charging in North America and CCS2 in Europe, with DC charging in under 30 minutes under suitable conditions. AC charging remains available for home or marina use. Taiga has not published the P2's battery capacity on the current product page, so the old 25 kWh value has been removed rather than carried forward without support.
Availability and Pricing
The Orca P2 is available to order for the 2026 season through Taiga and its dealers, starting at US$20,999 before destination charges, taxes and accessories. The final price depends on region, colour, configuration and current promotions. Buyers of used 'Orca Performance' units should consult the older model's specifications, as the P2 includes a revised platform and charging features.
